Bristol workshop | make your own bespoke hair oil

Would you like to learn about how plant oils can transform your hair? This in-person workshop in Bristol is for you. Hairy Jayne, a former hairdresser, will teach you in her dedicated haircare-making space how to formulate your own special hair oil blend to add strength, softness, gloss and flexibility to your hair. 

This creative workshop is perfect if you're looking for fun things to do in Bristol. Hosted by Hairy Jayne in our headquarters in Totterdown, where we create our award-winning hair oils.

What you'll make and take home

You will be taking home a bottle of 100% natural plant-based hair oil (or beard oil) in a pipette bottle as well as your own bespoke recipe so you can make some more of your custom hair oil when you run out! The oil,fragranced with your choice of essential oils, will keep for at least 3 months.

Plus a complimentary bamboo detangling comb to use with your custom hair oil.

Use your hair oil to control frizz, add shine, as a split ends sealer and as a pre-shampoo treatment. It can also be added to your usual conditioner to transform it into a deeply moisturising mask. Your oil will work well as a beard oil, too!

On the day of the workshop

• The workshop will open 15 minutes before the start time, so feel free to arrive a bit earlier and get settled in
• There's free on-street parking on the surrounding roads, as well as a Tesco Express car park opposite the venue
• The venue is a 10-15 minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads.

• Aprons are available if you'd like one and it's best to avoid wearing anything that could be damaged by accidental oil spillages
• We're situated opposite a pub and near food options if you fancy eating or drinking afterwards. Let us know if you'd like recommendations!
• If you like the look of our products, they are available to purchase on the day. Including essential oils and ingredients.

Our location will fit groups of up to 8. You're interested in the workshop for a much bigger group please get in touch to discuss the possibility of running the workshop at a different location.

Can't make it? We understand things happen! You can cancel and get a full refund up to 7 days before your experience. For later cancellations, please get in touch and we can look into possibly getting you onto another date that isn't likely to be fully booked (please note this is not guaranteed).
