Returns policy

'We' or 'Us' refers to Hairy Jayne Ltd.

If you wish to return a product for any reason, you must notify Us by email within 14 days of receiving your order with your reason for wanting to return the goods. If the goods you received don't match what you ordered, please notify us within 14 days with a photograph of your order and We will offer you an exchange or refund. 

Please note that due to the nature of the products, some of our liquid items may not be accepted for an exchange or refund, unless they are found to be damaged or faulty. If the item or order is damaged or faulty, please provide photographs with your email.

Any return postage costs will be your responsibility, unless the goods are found to be damaged or faulty. All goods must be returned within 14 days of you receiving them. Once We have received the goods, the refund will be issued via PayPal.
