DELIVERY: 

Goods are usually dispatched the same or next working day after receipt of order. If you have any instructions to make your delivery smoother, please use the Order Notes section when ordering (alternatively, please email us straight away).

Royal Mail 1st class: you can expect your package to arrive within 2-4 working days*.

DPD: you can expect your package to arrive within 1-2 days* from dispatch. If you're not sure if you'll be home or not, we recommend this service as you can then choose another delivery date, safe place or an alternate delivery location.

Channel Islands & NI: sent via Royal Mail and expected to arrive within 2-10 working days* from dispatch. Please note we can't provide tracking for Channel Islands orders.

If you have not received your parcel within 5 working days of placing your order, and have not had any emails informing you of any delays, please get in touch, either by email or on our contact page, with your order number.

FREE COLLECTIONS: Local pick up is available free of charge from our headquarters in Totterdown, Bristol. Your order can be collected from our yellow lockers at the front of our premises at a time to suit you.

Once you've placed your order, we'll email you with a unique combination code and locker number as soon as it's ready (usually within 1-2 working days.) Please kindly collect your order as soon as you are able to.
