FREE standard delivery on orders over £40
FREE local collections from Totterdown, Bristol.
FREE COLLECTIONS: Local pick up is available free of charge from our headquarters in Totterdown, Bristol. Your order can be collected from our yellow lockers at the front of our premises at a time to suit you. Once you've placed your order, we'll email you with a unique combination code and locker number as soon as it's ready (usually within 1 working day, no more than 4 days total.) Please collect your order as soon as you can to free up the locker space again.
DELIVERY: Postal delivery is via Royal Mail within the UK and Channel Islands. Please note that we can't offer any tracking on Channel Islands deliveries. We don't offer any international shipping.
Goods are usually dispatched the same or next working day after receipt of order. If you have any instructions to make delivering your parcel to you easier, please use the comments section when ordering so that we can pass the information on. Alternatively, please inbox us straight after ordering.
Standard (2nd class shipping) is £3.50 for orders under £40 and is free of charge for orders over £40. Express (1st class shipping) is now available on all orders and is £4.50.
Standard shipping: you can expect your package to arrive within 2-10 working days from your dispatch notification email.
Express shipping: you can expect your package to arrive within 1-2 working days from your dispatch notification email. However, this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail and unfortunately delays can sometimes occur.
Your Royal Mail tracking reference is included in your Shipping Confirmation email (click View Your Order), which will give you an indication of whether or not delivery has been attempted yet when you follow the link. If you've not yet received the tracking reference, please contact us.
If you have not received your parcel after 5 working days of placing your order, and have not had any emails from us informing you of any delays, please check your tracking reference to see if a delivery has been attempted.
Unfortunately we can't make any claims with Royal Mail until 10 working days have passed so we can't send a replacement out to you until then. Once 10 working days have passed from dispatch, if you still don't have your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
