Violet is a complex essential oil fragrance that has warm, citrusy, floral, woody and earthy notes. Floral but not too sweet, it's a beautiful blend of nine essential oils, all with aromatherapy benefits, that smells like walking into a spa.

Violet essential oil blend is a fusion of our three original blends – Floral, Citrus and Musk – to create the ultimate Hairy Jayne scent! (Formally named Trio, but now renamed Violet). The inspiration for this essential oil blend came from hearing people say "it smells so good in here!" when visiting the studio.

Suggestions for use

To add fragrance to a room: add a few drops to an essential oil burner to add fragrance and aromatherapy to the room. For diffusion that's flame-free, use a reed diffuser.

In DIY beauty potions: essential oils must always be diluted before using on the skin or in the hair. Add 2 drops for every 10ml/g of your chosen carrier oil, cream or base. 

DIY perfume: dilute in perfumers alcohol to make a spray, or into a carrier oil or add to melted wax mixed with a carrier oil to make a solid perfume.

For massage: dilute 5 drops for every 10ml of carrier oil  (olive oil, for example) and massage into skin.

When bathing: 6-10 drops of essential oil blend can be added to your bath, the warm water will help to throw the scent.

Violet is a blend of Geranium essential oil, Bergamot essential oil, Benzoin essential oil, Grapefruit essential oil, May Chang essential oil, Jasmine Essential Oil, Neroli Light essential oil, Vetiver essential oil, Patchouli essential oil.
