DELIVERY: Postal delivery is via Royal Mail or DPD within the UK (unfortunately no longer to the Channel Islands and NI). We don't offer any international shipping outside of the UK.
Goods are usually dispatched the same or next working day after receipt of order. If you have any instructions to make delivering your parcel to you easier, please use the comments section when ordering so that we can pass the information on. Alternatively, please email us straight after ordering.
Standard (1st class) is £3.60 for orders under £40, and is free of charge for orders over £40. DPD courier is also available for £5.50.
Standard shipping: you can expect your package to arrive within 2-4 working days*.
DPD: you can expect your package to arrive within 1-2 working days* from your dispatch notification email.
Free shipping on orders over £40: Standard shipping (Royal Mail 1st class) is the default setting.
* Please note that these are not guaranteed delivery services and unfortunately delays do sometimes occur.
Your Royal Mail tracking reference is included in your Shipping Confirmation email (click View Your Order), which will give you an indication of whether or not delivery has been attempted yet when you follow the link. If you've not yet received the tracking reference, please contact us.
If you have not received your parcel after 5 working days of placing your order, and have not had any emails from us informing you of any delays, please check your tracking reference to see if a delivery has been attempted.

FREE COLLECTIONS: Local pick up is available free of charge from our headquarters in Totterdown, Bristol. Your order can be collected from our yellow lockers at the front of our premises at a time to suit you.
Once you've placed your order, we'll email you with a unique combination code and locker number as soon as it's ready (usually within 1 working day, no more than 4 days total.) Please kindly collect your order as soon as you can.
