All our prices are shown in Pound Sterling and exclude postage & packaging fees.
Payments by credit or debit card are made via PayPal's secure website. Payment for your order is due at the time of placing the order. You will receive a receipt for your order via email. If an item ordered is out of stock, we will email as soon as possible to offer the nearest equivalent or to ask if you'd prefer a refund.
When purchasing products from this website it is recognised and accepted that some natural ingredients, essential oils in particular, may still cause sensitivity in susceptible individuals and that We can not be held responsible for such occurrences. While all products have been tested by cosmetic chemists and have passed the legal requirements outlined in Cosmetic Products (Safety) Regulations, those with very sensitive skin are encouraged to purchase the smallest sized product available and to perform a patch test on the skin for any adverse reactions.
All products are made by hand and although every care is taken to avoid this, there may be slight variations from one batch to another. As many of the ingredients in the products used are natural they are crop dependent which may result in small inconsistencies from batch to batch, but this does not affect the performance of the products at all. Chemicals used in mass produced products to guarantee a constant viscosity and consistency are not used in Hairy Jayne products, so some separation may occur. It is recommended that the products are stored away from direct sunlight and that the caps are replaced when not in use. If any separation does occur, simply shake the product before use, the performance of the product won't be affected.
