Do I have dry hair?

Let’s face it, very few of us treat our hair in the best possible way.
Because changing it from it’s natural state is a fun thing to do!

If any of the scenarios below apply to you, the chances are your hair is dry.
But just how dry is it? Choose all that apply to you:

1. knotty when it’s washed

2. blowdried often (more than once a week)

3. wavy texture

4. regularly styled with curling tongs or straighteners

5. curly texture

6. permanent colour

7. highlights

8. bleached

9. regular swimming in a chlorine pool

If none of them apply, you have lovely virgin hair and you don’t need to use conditioner at all. 

Add up the numbers up to gauge just how dry your hair is.
For example, blowdrying + wavy hair + highlights = 2 + 3 + 7 = total of 12.

As a rough guide, if you scored 3 points or less in total, use the Light Conditioner. For 4-7 points, your hair will love the Cream Conditioner and for 8 points or more, your hair will be a lot happier with the Treatment Conditioner.

Don’t forget regular trims are important too! As a rule of thumb, shorter haircuts 6-8 weeks to keep the shape and for longer hair around 3-4 months to keep split ends at bay.
